TERMS + CONDITIONS

Chelsea Thorpe Studio (CTS) provides guidance on but not limited to the following:

Paint colours, window treatments, flooring, kitchen layout and finishes, all interior spaces including bathroom layout and finishes, lighting selection, soft furnishings, furniture, home organisation, home styling, providing samples from potential suppliers.

•  Charge rate per hour is $80.

• Initial consultation is minimum 1 hour.

• All other time is billed in 15 minute increments, including phone consultations.

•  All travel outside of Gisborne city limits is charged at $1.60 per kilometre plus CTS hourly fee

•  All fees are inclusive of GST

•  Clients will be invoiced weekly

•  Payment is to be made in full within 7 days of invoice

•  Any goods ordered on behalf of the client must be paid for in full before the order is placed, CTS will invoice the client.

•  All work will cease, and the delivery of items withheld until all due invoices are cleared

• CTS does not provide a warranty, guarantee or certification for general contractors and or goods ordered on behalf of the client.

• CTS is not responsible for the quality of contracted works, materials used, their performance, nor their duration of works. However, CTS may supervise them for conformity to the design concept if required by the client.

An agreement will be in place between CTS and the client prior to work commencing.
